Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom-Made Products - No Returns or Cancellations
All of our products are made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers are not entitled to cancel or return goods that are either made to their specifications, or clearly personalised.
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
- We will assess the issue and confirm next steps
If the fault is confirmed:
- We will arrange for the item to be returned for inspection
- We cover the return delivery cost
- Once we have inspected and confirmed the issue, we will issue a repair, replacement, or refund
Important: We do not send a replacement until we have received and inspected the returned item. This is to prevent misuse of the returns process.
Items Ordered Incorrectly
If an item does not fit due to incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer, we may offer a repair or alteration at our discretion. The customer will be responsible for:
- The cost of returning the item to us
- Any material, labour, or time costs involved in making changes
- Redelivery of the amended product
We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and details before placing your order.
